The booking process itself is absolutely not complicated and quite fast. All registration is handled by a competent manager in your area.
There are several ways:
I. Remote - no matter where you are now (city, region, even another country):
- SELECTION: choose a tour on the website yourself in the online selection or send a request for tour selection by our manager;
- APPROVAL: the manager contacts you to agree on the details of the trip, select and discuss hotel options, as well as booking conditions;
- AGREEMENT: after agreeing on the tour parameters using your passport details (a photo of the first page is enough), an electronic contract is drawn up with the booking conditions from the tour operator;
- PAYMENT: you pay for the tour package to the bank account of our company using an invoice in cash at the branch or through online banking (for example Privat24, Mono, etc.).
- ISSUING DOCUMENTS: 2-7 days before departure you receive a ready tour package (usually air tickets, hotel and transfer vouchers, insurance policy) by email. mail, instant messenger - you need to print it out and have it with you on your trip.
II. Traditional - in the office with the manager (not available during martial law):
You come to our office from abroad. passports and the manager selects the optimal tour for a vacation trip - everything is arranged on the spot. You can coordinate the time of your visit by calling the contact numbers listed on the website.
