The process itself is simple and fast: a dedicated manager specializing in your destination takes care of the entire arrangement. You can book a tour completely remotely — from any city in Ukraine or even from abroad; visiting our office is not required.
All we need from you are the passport details of the travelers and payment according to the issued invoice. The manager handles everything else: coordinating details with the tour operator, preparing the contract, monitoring booking confirmation, and sending you the complete travel package. Below is the step-by-step path from your initial inquiry to your vacation so you know what happens and when.

Tour selection 15–30 minutes
Select a tour yourself via online search or submit a request — a manager will pick options tailored to your budget and preferences.

Coordination 15–30 minutes
The manager contacts you to confirm dates, hotels, meal plans, and booking conditions with the tour operator.

Contract
The tour is registered using the travelers' passport details — a photo of the main passport page is sufficient. You will receive an electronic contract containing the tour operator's terms.

Payment
Via invoice: in cash at a bank branch, via Privat24, or online by card. Learn more in the "How to pay for your trip" section.

Tour confirmation usually within one business day
Once the reservation is processed with the tour operator using the travelers' passport details, the list of services specified in the contract and reservation is confirmed.
Important: After tour confirmation, modifications or cancellations are subject to the terms of the contract and involve penalties, the amount of which depends on the time remaining before departure.

Documents 2–7 days before departure
The complete travel package is sent to your email and messenger: flight tickets, hotel voucher, transfer voucher, and insurance policy. Print them out and take them with you.

Departure tour start date
Arrive at the airport early — usually 2–3 hours before departure: check-in, luggage drop-off, passport control. Keep printed documents together with your international passport.
At the arrival airport, a representative of the receiving party will meet you and guide you to your hotel transfer — at reception, you will simply show your hotel voucher. From there, your long-awaited vacation begins. Contact details for the host company and insurance company are included in your travel documents in case of any questions on site.
Where it all takes place
From any city and country
There is no need to visit the office: selection, contract signing, payment, and document delivery are handled online — by phone, via messenger, and by email.
Meeting with a manager
In-office consultations are suspended during martial law. As soon as operations resume, visit times can be scheduled by phone.
The travel package is issued to a specific individual and cannot be transferred to another person — please verify the spelling of names in your international passport before signing the contract.
