To travel outside Ukraine, every traveler needs a valid international passport — both adults and children. The tour package is issued using exact passport details: first name and surname in Latin script, document number, date of birth, and expiration date are transferred to the flight ticket, voucher, and insurance policy without changes.
Therefore, a tour cannot be transferred to another person — it is tied to a specific passport. At the booking stage, very little is required from you: a clear photo or scan of the first page of each traveler's passport. This is sufficient for the manager to draw up the contract and book the tour; original documents will be needed at the airport.
What is required for booking
- International passport for each traveler, including children. Validity period — at least 6 months after returning from the trip.
- Photo or scan of the main page — this is sufficient for remote booking.
- Original passport — if booking in person at the office.
Main passport page
This exact page is required — the photo must clearly display the text in Latin characters: first and last name, series and number, date of birth, and expiration date. Take the photo in daylight, avoiding glare or cropped edges: if any character is unreadable, the manager will ask for a retake, delaying the booking process.
