There are two ways: select a tour yourself in a couple of minutes using the online search, or delegate the task to a manager. This applies to package tours departing from Ukraine and other countries operating charter flights.
The search on the website queries the databases of all tour operators in Ukraine simultaneously, so the prices are identical to buying directly from the operator. The manager works with the exact same database manually: filtering out unsuitable options and verifying that the hotel matches its description and customer preferences.
Two ways to select a tour
On your own, via online search

- Departure city — the nearest convenient airport.

If you prefer not to configure filters or if there are too many options to choose from.
- Call or message us via chat during business hours.
- Submit a request on the website at any time convenient for you.
- Specify your budget, dates, and preferences: beach type, resort, meal plan.
- Receive 3–5 curated options with prices in response.
What the search form looks like
There are only four required fields — country, departure city, dates, and number of travelers. Additional criteria are in the expanded menu: star rating, meal plan, budget. The fewer filters you set at the start, the more options you will see; it is easier to narrow down choices based on the initial results.
The wider your date range and the earlier you search, the greater the price variety. If your dates are fixed, specify this right away so the manager can exclude unsuitable options.
Custom calculation: departures from countries without charter flights
Everything described above applies where charter flight programs and pre-packaged operator offers exist: departures from Ukraine, as well as cities in Poland, Moldova, Romania, the Czech Republic, and other European countries served by our partners. In such package tours, flights, hotels, transfers, and insurance are already bundled at a fixed price — selection is completely free of charge.
However, if departure is planned from a country without charter programs, pre-packaged tours do not exist at all — even for popular resort destinations. In this case, the tour is built manually, service by service: scheduled airline tickets for your dates, transfers scheduled around flight times, accommodation for those nights, and an insurance policy. Each component must be calculated separately and combined into a single itinerary, requiring recalculation if dates or flight details change. Ticket prices and availability on scheduled flights change frequently, making estimates valid for no more than a day or even less.
Custom calculation requires a deposit of UAH 1,000. If the tour is booked, this amount is credited toward the total package price.
