How and where can I pay for the trip?

You can pay for your tour in whatever way is most convenient for you. The manager sends an invoice after you have agreed on the tour parameters and received the contract — it already specifies the amount, bank details, and payment deadline.

Payments are made in the national currency; other currencies are subject to agreement with the manager if the tour operator provides such an option. The funds are transferred to the company's settlement account, and once credited, you will receive a payment confirmation.

Four payment methods

In cash at a bank branch

At any PrivatBank branch or self-service terminal using the issued invoice.

Via Privat24

Non-cash payment against the same invoice directly from the app — the fastest and most cost-effective option
(bank fee via Privat24 is UAH 1 regardless of the payment amount).

By bank card

Online via a payment gateway using a link provided by your manager. Convenient if you are currently abroad.

In cash to a manager

By agreement with the manager — if you prefer to settle in person.
(currently unavailable, all payments must be made via bank)

When to make a payment

  • The booking is processed after a deposit or full payment is made — the amount depends on how many days remain before departure. If there are more than 14 days left, it is usually 30–50% of the cost; the exact amount is determined by the tour operator for the specific tour.
  • Remaining balance / Full payment — at least 14 days before departure (unless specified otherwise by the tour operator).
  • The invoice payment deadline is indicated on the invoice itself. After this period expires, you need to request an updated invoice from your manager reflecting current pricing.

Until the booking is paid for, the tour price in foreign currency is not fixed: the tour operator reserves the right to change it. Therefore, it is best not to delay booking advantageous offers.
