There is no need to visit the office: selection, contract signing, payment, and document issuance are all done online — by phone, via messenger, and by email. Any offer from our search engine can be booked and paid for remotely.
Previously, our services mainly covered Ukrainian cities. Now the geography is wider: we arrange tours for travelers abroad — with departures from cities in Poland, Moldova, Romania, Germany, and other European countries where our partners operate charter programs. If there are no charters available from your location, we will create a custom tour tailored to your requirements.

We connect via your preferred method
Phone, Viber, Telegram, or a website request. Time zone differences are not an issue: send us a message on messenger, and a manager will respond during working hours.

We complete the contract online
A photo of the first page of each traveler's international passport is all that's required. A link to the contract with the tour operator's terms will be sent to your email or messenger during booking.

Payment and travel documents
Payment can be made via bank invoice or online card payment. Your travel documents will be delivered via messenger and duplicated to your email: you can print them out anywhere. Follow the step-by-step process in the "How to book a tour" section.
If you are currently abroad
Departure from your current country
If charter flights operate from your location, it works as a standard package tour available through our tour search. If not, a custom calculation using scheduled flights will be required — learn more in the "How to choose a tour" section.
Payment from abroad
The most convenient method is via bank details from a Ukrainian bank or online card payment via a payment gateway. Other methods can be arranged with your manager; all options are detailed in the "How to pay for your trip" section.
Communication and documents
Correspondence via messaging apps — official "Contacts" are listed on the website, and documents are sent via email. No physical paperwork needs to be sent, delivered, or picked up in person.
Passports
International passports are required for all travelers — a photo of the main info page is sufficient. Learn more: "Required documents".
If you are in Ukraine
From Ukraine, travel options include bus tours departing from regional centers or flights from airports in neighboring countries. Your manager will help determine the most convenient and cost-effective option for your specific city during selection.
It is best to mention your departure city right away: it affects both the price and the availability of ready-made package deals for your dates.
